Lauren is one of our UK based Associates. A qualified coach and project manager who started out as a professional musician. Her curiosity in the combination of music and psychology, and the insight psychology and coaching could bring to performance, led her to complete a Masters in Applied Music Psychology before exploring coaching beyond the world of music.

Her coaching focus is to translate within a business context how performance coaching, especially with a team, can be used effectively to transform business leaders, their teams and organisations. She draws from project and people development skills gained in various positions she has held in music publishing and sales roles as well as numerous teaching roles including one to one, small group, ensemble and whole class teaching.

Lauren has coached leaders and teams in ConocoPhillips plc, The Chartered Society for Physiotherapy, AkerBP, and Brilliant Noise. Her qualifications and accreditations include; EMCC Foundation Coaching Skills Award (EQA), MA Applied Music Psychology, PGDip Social Research Methods and BMus (Hons.) Music.
