Chris’s philosophy is to create a sustainable shift in how leaders see themselves and their role, enabling them to develop the confidence, insight and will to generate change and transformation for themselves and those they lead and manage.

As a professional coach and leadership developer, Chris works in partnership with executives to support them in gaining a deeper clarity on their role, responsibilities and identity as a leader. His work explores the inherent opportunities and rewards that exist in becoming more authentic and resonant in a leadership position; developing an awareness that creates greater presence, personal authority and impact. He has a particular interest and focus on teams and the development of executive and leadership capability, with an emphasis on the alignment of beliefs, values and behaviours that create transformational change and authentic leadership of self and others. He is a pragmatic, effective and challenging source of support for his clients at an individual, team and organisational level.

He provides individual and team coaching for organisations as well as designing and leading a wide range of leadership development and accredited coaching skills programmes for boards, senior leaders and CEOs within the UK and internationally across a wide variety of sectors.

Relevant qualifications include an MBA from the London Business School; a Member of the European Mentoring and Coaching Council; Accredited Practitioner in Firo B, Insights, Belbin, Hearth-Math and EQi Psychometric Profiling.
